Buyer Planner

Are you experienced in purchasing, production planning, and supply chain operations? We're looking for a Buyer Planner to help manage materials, inventory, and supplier relationships while ensuring production stays on schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
? Review MRP recommendations and release purchase orders
? Monitor material availability to support production schedules
? Identify and resolve shortages, delays, and supply chain risks
? Coordinate with suppliers and global manufacturing partners
? Participate in production planning meetings and cross-functional reviews
? Track inventory levels and support on-time shipment goals
? Generate reports and communicate purchasing and production updates
? Support kit completion and manufacturing readiness
? Analyze supply chain data and recommend process improvements
? 1-3+ years of Buyer, Planner, Buyer/Planner, Production Planning, or Supply Chain experience
? Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA
? Strong understanding of MRP, purchasing, inventory control, and material planning
? Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs) in a manufacturing environment
? Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, reporting, and data analysis
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
? Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
? Electromechanical manufacturing
? Electronics, semiconductor, industrial, or medical device industries
? Working with global suppliers and manufacturing teams
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Ability to proactively identify risks and drive solutions
